The Malta Film Commission launched the “Opportunity for All” program to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Maltese film industry. However, tracking meaningful progress required aggregating data from multiple sources — crew demographics, production details, trainee records, and departmental breakdowns — and presenting it in a way that was both accurate and actionable. Manual reporting was slow, inconsistent, and unable to provide the real-time visibility needed for effective program management.
